Steps to use:

Step 1 - Body Scrub Wash:

1. Start by using the body scrub wash in the shower. Wet your skin.
2. Take a sufficient amount of the body scrub and gently massage it onto your skin in circular motions.
3. Focus on areas with rough skin, such as elbows, knees, and feet.
4. Rinse off the scrub thoroughly to remove dead skin cells.

Step 2 - Fast Sun Bathing Oil:

1. Apply the fast sun bathing oil to dry or slightly damp skin.
2. Pour a small amount of the oil into your hands and rub them together.
3. Smooth the oil over your body, ensuring an even application.
4. Allow the oil to absorb into your skin before getting dressed.

Step 3 - Sun Bathing Oil SPF 15:

1. If you plan to be exposed to the sun, use the sun bathing oil with SPF 15 to protect your skin.
2. Apply the sunscreen oil generously to all exposed areas at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.
3. Reapply every two hours or more frequently, especially after swimming or sweating.
