How to use:

Grasp the Gua-Sha with the curved side against your skin, holding it at a 15-45 degree angle. Ensure it is flat against your face for optimal contact.

Begin with gentle strokes, working from the center of your face outwards. Use upward and outward motions to follow the natural contours of your face, such as the jawline, cheekbones, and forehead.
